These workshops are great for anyone interested in the possibilities of riso printing, folks seeking to expand their skillsets, and those who want to print with us! Intro to InDesign for Zinesters with Robert Baxter

Pages, styles, and objects, oh my! This workshop is an introduction to basic layout with text and images in Adobe InDesign, specifically for zinesters and other artists making simple multi-page documents. We'll also go over some basics of project space setup and exporting for print.

• This class is for people who have made zines before and want to learn the InDesign workflow (maybe you've tried in the past and been overwhelmed, or you want to create a template for an ongoing newsletter, or do complicated layouts).

• You must already have access to InDesign (it won't be provided in class). Please bring a laptop with InDesign installed if you want to follow along. (Some of the techniques we go over may be transferrable to something like Affinity Publisher or Quark, but we will be focusing on InDesign—and I won't be able to help you with other software!)WHAT TO BRING
