ABOUT PRINT CAFE

Curious about Risograph printing but not ready to dive into a full workshop? Print Cafe is a mellow, walk-in printing session where our studio monitors will help bring your design to life. Simply bring a print-ready file, choose your paper and ink colors, and we'll handle the printing.

Print Cafe is perfect for small runs of flyers, art prints, postcards, one-sheet zines, proofing new ideas, and other simple single-sided projects. No experience is necessary! Bring your creativity and embrace the wonderfully imperfect nature of Risograph printing.

  • Sessions are first-come first-serve, with the last session 30 mins before close. 

    No experience necessary! Our studio monitors print for you. 

  • We highly recommend that you bring in ready to print files. Check out our All About Riso Printing page for tips on file set-up.

    Monitors can assist with light file prep. 

  • 1 design per session.

    1-3 colors per design.

    Small runs (min 25qty and up to 120 impressions of a single color combo) of simple, single sided projects.

    Think: flyers! prints! tests for future projects! singe sheet zines! 

    Projects that are complex in design/registration double-sided, multi-paged, or more than 3 colors are not well suited for Print Cafe. If you a larger project in mind, fill out a Quote Request or book a Project Consultation.

  • $2.50/stencil (each color layer)

    $0.10/impression (number of times paper goes through)

    $0.12 - $0.25/sheet of paper (depending on what paper you choose)

    $2/cut for trimming services
