By agreeing to this terms, you also acknowledge that not all work submitted will be included. In consideration of the above-described Work, the Contributor identified above grants to Paper Press Punch (“Publisher”) the following rights to the Work: (a) the non-exclusive anthology rights to publish and distribute the Work as part of any anthology or similar publication (b) the right to duplicate the Work for use in educational contexts with prior permission from the Publisher, limited to book learning, with no commercial resale (c) the non-exclusive right for use and re-use of the Contributor’s name, image, and biographical data in advertising and promotion of the Publisher’s publications in all media. Except as stated above, Contributor retains all other rights. Contributor represents and warrants that: (a) the Work is the Contributor’s original work and has not been previously published in English in any format, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Publisher and Contributor (b) the Work is accurate and factually correct (c) the Contributor has full power to make this grant of rights (d) the Work contains no matter that infringes copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, is defamatory or otherwise unlawful, or invades the rights of privacy or publicity of any third parties (e) any required consent or permission from third parties depicted or referenced in the Work has been obtained in writing, and copies will be provided to the Publisher upon request
