Once a month, we teach small scale 1.5 hour demo style workshops in areas of special interest. These workshops are great for open studio renters, Zine of the Month Club members, and anyone else that wants to print with us and learn more! Each month is different offering, so be sure to check often for what is coming up!

WHAT WE’LL DO

In this PROCREATE FOR RISO PRINTING workshop, we will show you some tried and true methods for creating color separations and blends, best practices for page design, and converting color separations to ready to print grayscale PDFs. We will also do a few exercises and demos throughout the class. 

WHAT TO BRING

For these workshops, you’ll mostly want to bring a notebook. You are welcome to bring a laptop, as well, if you have specific questions.

• Project Development workshop: Bring a book or print project that you are working on, preliminary prints, sketches, a book mock up, and/or digital files. We will go over next steps for realizing your project in risograph print, with time for feedback from the group.
